Classroom Visits (Pre-K to 12th Grade)
What does this package include:
(1) STEAM Machine employee to facilitate STEM Projects and provide educational demonstrations on all projects and equipment.
All STEM Project Materials and access to STEM equipment
What does our visit look like?
Our STEAM Team will provide a 45 -60-minute hands-on lesson per class or small group.
Each student will get to take home their own button.
Things to note:
The teacher must remain in the classroom.
Curriculum options can vary depending on the STEAM Machine staffing availability
We have grants for the following counties:
Jackson, Wirt, Roane, and Calhoun - Sponsored by the United Way
Ritchie, Pleasants, Doddridge, and Tyler - Sponsored by Antero
Wood - Sponsored by Henry Logan
The average cost of a STEAM Machine visit is $10 per student + transportation costs.

What does this package include:
(1-2) STEAM Machine employees to facilitate STEM Projects and provide educational demonstrations on all projects and equipment.
Things to note:
What we bring for your event will vary depending on the STEAM Machine staffing availability and access to power. Other factors that may impact what we bring for the event are location (indoor or outdoor) and the number of participants.
STEAM Machine fee is $200 (for 3 hrs.) + transportation costs. *The STEAM Machine will attend a limited number of community events as outreach each year. If your request qualifies for a free event, our team will let you know at the time of booking.
