Large Group Visits (50 - 200 Students)
What does this package include:
(1-2) STEAM Machine employees to facilitate STEM Projects and provide educational demonstrations on all projects and equipment.
All STEM Project Materials and access to STEM equipment, i.e., Sphero Robots, Digital Microscopes, 3d Pens, Chomp Saws, and more.
For a limited time only, FREE Izzy Chips for each student.
What does our visit look like?
Our STEAM Team will work with groups of 30 - 35 students in rotations lasting 45 - 60 minutes.
Students will participate in hands-on activities based on the curriculum you choose for your school.
Each student will get to take home their own button and bag of Izzy Chips.
Things to note:
School staff are responsible for rotating children.
Curriculum options can vary depending on the STEAM Machine staffing availability
We have grants for the following counties:

Ritchie, Pleasants, Doddridge, and Tyler - Sponsored by Antero

The average cost of a STEM Machine visit is $7 per student + transportation costs.
Schools or groups with more than 200 students would need to book the van for more than (1) visit.
Small Group Visits (49 or fewer Students)
What does this package include:
(1) STEAM Machine employee to facilitate STEM Projects and provide educational demonstrations on all projects and equipment.
All STEM Project Materials and access to STEM equipment, i.e., Sphero Robots, Digital Microscopes, 3d Pens, Chomp Saws, and more.
For a limited time only, FREE Izzy Chips for each student.

Our STEAM Team will provide a 45 -60-minute hands-on lesson per class or small group.
Each student will get to take home their own button and bag of Izzy Chips.

The teacher must remain in the classroom.

Community Events
What does this package include:
(1-2) STEAM Machine employees to facilitate STEM Projects and provide educational demonstrations on all projects and equipment.
Things to note:
What we bring for your event will vary depending on the STEAM Machine staffing availability and access to power. Other factors that may impact what we bring for the event are location (indoor or outdoor) and the number of participants.
STEAM Machine fee is $200 (for 3 hrs.) + transportation costs. *The STEAM Machine will attend a limited number of community events as outreach each year. If your request qualifies for a free event, our team will let you know at the time of booking.
