DW Birthday Celebration

  • This package includes our discounted admission rate plus a private (2 hour) room rental. You can celebrate with cake and presents before exploring the River Adventure, Ball Factory, and Design Studio.

    • General Admission Wristbands, these bands allow you to play on the day of your party from 10 AM - 5 PM.

    • 2-hour room rental, plus access to the space 30 minutes prior to party for setup. All decorations need to be free standing. The party room accommodates 42 guests. Extra chairs and tables CAN NOT be provided.

    • A Discovery World Birthday Party attendant to assist with your party. Includes set-up, clean-up, cart assistance, and general party assistance.

    • A Discovery World t-shirt for the birthday child/children.

    • A museum wide birthday announcement. 

  • Member Room Rental Rate $200

    Non-Member Room Rental Rate $250

    Plus $5.00 per person (children 3+ and adults) the day of your party.

    The Room Rental Fee is due upon booking to serve as a non-refundable deposit. Please note we do not add any parties to our calendar without a deposit. Parties are booked on a first come first serve basis. The remainder of your payment is due upon your arrival on the day of your party. 

    Parties at Discovery World can be booked on the following days:

    • Fridays from 4 - 6 PM

    • Saturdays from 11 AM - 1 PM or 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM

    • Sundays from 2:30 - 4:30 PM

Izzy’s Birthday Blessing

    • (42) General Admission Wristbands, these bands allow you to play on the day of your party from 10 AM - 5 PM. The party room accommodates 42 guests. Extra chairs and tables CAN NOT be provided. Additional bands can be purchased beyond 42 at $5.00 per band for party guests to enjoy the museum.

    • 2-hour room rental, plus access to the space 30 minutes prior to party for setup. All decorations need to be free standing.

    • Families receiving food assistance (SNAP benefits) can apply for an "Izzy’s Birthday Blessing" for their child to receive a free birthday party at Discovery World on Market.

    • One birthday blessing per family per year contingent on availability.

    • Please contact Brooke Oliver at least 3 months in advance of the child’s birthday to apply and check availability.

    • In-person paperwork is required.
