Inclement weather policy: Discovery World on Market will follow Wood County Schools for 2-hour delays and closings for inclement weather. Check our Facebook page or website announcement banner before visiting during winter weather.

Museum Parking
Parking options include the Museum’s adjacent lots painted with our bright colors, a nearby parking garage at the Easy Rider Station (Garage Parking – Easy Rider Bus | Mid-Ohio Valley Transit Authority) and on-street metered parking on Market Street.
Directions
Coming from Ohio, southbound on I-77 towards Parkersburg, take the US 50 exit (Exit 176) towards Downtown. Merge onto US-50 W towards Downtown/Athens, OH. Take the WV-14/Division St. exit towards US-50/Downtown. Turn Right onto 5th St/WV-14. Turn Right onto Avery Street. Go straight through two stoplights, parking lot will be on your Right. Building is located at 900 Market Street.
Coming from Ohio, East on OH-32 through Belpre. Stay straight to go onto Memorial Bridge (Crossing into West Virginia). Take the 2nd right onto Ohio Ave/WV-68/WV-14. Keep left at the fork to go on Ohio Ave. Keep right at the fork to continue on Ohio Ave. Turn left onto 19th St. Take the 2nd right onto Market St. 900 MARKET ST is on the left.
Coming from West Virginia, Northbound on I-77 South towards Parkersburg, take EXIT 173 toward WV-95/Camden Ave. Turn left onto Little Kanawha River Rd. Take the 1st left onto WV-95. Turn right onto Division St/WV-14. Continue to follow WV-14. Turn right onto Avery St. Go straight through two stoplights, parking lot will be on your Right. Building is located at 900 Market Street.
