WHAT IS IT?
Rotating exhibit spaces are special! They are designed to change after some amount of time. Our space will be rotated every 6 months, initially!

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN FOR GUESTS?
Having a rotating exhibit space means that guests can expect a new Discovery World experience regularly!

Our first rotating exhibit is the “Wall of Sound”! This exhibit is sponsored by Audiology Services of West Virginia and focuses on how sounds are made and heard!

THE WALL OF SOUND!
Junk Jam”: is an 8-foot section made to look like a pallet and using “found” objects that have been modified. Kids are encouraged to “jam out” on the wall and connect that unique sounds can come from even the most basic of things.

Slapophone”: This is a circular tube-based instrument that makes sounds by percussion. The pitch of the notes are different due to the length of the tubes themselves!
